We are looking for a Creative Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes creativity, has a strong understanding of branding, and enjoys working on diverse digital design projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing brand identities, crafting high-quality graphics, designing digital content, and collaborating with developers to build visually stunning websites.

As a Creative Designer, you will work across internal and client projects, ensuring each design aligns with our high creative standards and brand vision. You will contribute to every stage of the creative process, from concept development to final execution, delivering exceptional designs that captivate and engage.

• Website Creation: Design and develop visually stunning, user-friendly websites using our Wizzyl platform underpinned by Duda technologies.

• Website & UI/UX Design: Work alongside developers to design modern, high-converting websites with a focus on usability and aesthetics. Design wireframes, website mockups, and UI components strongly focusing on UX/UI principles. Ensure website designs align with branding and business objectives.

• Content Creation: Produce compelling, high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content tailored to client needs.

• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimise fantastic creatives for digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Advertising, and more) to achieve client goals.

• Social Media Management: Create stunning visuals for social media posts, stories, and campaigns.

• Graphic & Digital Design: Design high-quality marketing assets, including social media graphics, presentations, advertisements, email templates, and landing pages. Work on diverse projects, including digital ads, print materials, UI/UX elements, and motion graphics. Develop visually stunning visuals that align with each brand’s goals and audience.

• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and deliver creative and impactful solutions.

• Collaboration & Project Management: Work closely with marketing, developers, and content creators to bring ideas to life. Present and communicate creative ideas effectively to internal teams and clients. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high creative standards.

• Proven experience in a creative design role (branding, graphic design, or digital content).

• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, and website/UI projects.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD/Figma).

• Experience in designing website layouts, UI components, and brand assets.

• A strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and composition.

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (preferred but not required).

• Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking, ensuring designs align with client objectives.

• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation and digital creativity.
