Job Title: Digital Marketing and Advertising Expert | Location: Southampton & Remote Working

Job Description:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing and Advertising Expert who will be a dynamic part of our team. The ideal candidate will work on a variety of client accounts, devising and implementing strategies to boost brand visibility, social engagement, and online sales revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales opportunities within our existing client base by maintaining strong relationships and identifying new needs
  • Proactively seek out and engage new clients to develop a robust sales pipeline
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to drive company growth
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored sales proposals and presentations
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and networking functions to maintain a strong understanding of the digital landscape and identify new opportunities

Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve overall sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute impactful digital marketing strategies tailored to each client's objectives and target audience.
  • Leverage SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and other digital channels to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Use data analytics tools to monitor and analyse campaign performance and customer engagement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure that our clients are always ahead of the curve.
  • Create compelling ad copy and visual content to attract and engage audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and maintain the highest level of client satisfaction.
  • Perform A/B testing and continually optimise campaigns for maximum efficiency and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and advertising.
  • Proficient in digital marketing platforms, Google Analytics, and other analytical tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media strategy, and content marketing.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and analytically, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
