Terms & Conditions 

Terms &Conditions  are all sent with our proposal and confirmation is obtained that the customer is in agreement with these terms.  For web based projects both our terms and your terms will be attached to the email.  With regard to key terms we charge £35 per 2 years for a .co.uk domain (plus VAT).  This covers all changes to the domain records and management of the domain.  Expiring domains - we make the client aware on the renewal cost 45 days before expiry.  We then chase to ensure that the domain is renewed if still required.  Expired domains have the expiry date removed from our CRM and left.  Maintenance of the domain is covered in the £35 fee for the domain and there is no cost to migrate the domain to another provider.  We do not accept responsibility of the new records made as we cannot access the domain once it leaves our control.

Specifically, our team utilses advanced technologies and collaborates with security companies and independent experts, law enforcement and other government agencies, and industry working groups to combat this type of abuse. Our Universal Terms of Service precludes customers from using our services for phishing, malware and related abuse and gives us broad discretion for taking action.

If you would like to report internet abuse to Peach Loves Digital, you can use our abuse report form or email help@peachlovesdigital.co.uk. Please provide the required details so that our team can research your complaint. The abuse report form does not cover all cases.
